Start with both feet evenly
On the first beat, break the left foot forward, transferring your weight onto the foot
Beat two rock your weight back onto right foot
Beat 3 bring your feet together
Beat 4 rock your weight onto left foot and hold
Beat 5 step right foot back, transferring your weight
Beat 6 rock your weight onto left foot
Beat 7 step your right foot forward
Beat 8 rock your weight onto right foot and hold. You are now back at the beginning, ready to start the sequence again
