Here's my work station

Grease and flour your cake pan

Stir flour, cocoa powder,salt, baking powder and soda

Beat sugar a little at a time with all of the dairy free butter I use smart balance.

Add the 3 eggs I at a time

Then the vanilla 1 tsp

Mix the dry bowl with the coffee a little at a time

For the frosting put 3/4 cup shorting 4 1/2 cups confectioners sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/3 cup of cold water 1 square of baking chocolate

Mix well I added a little granulated sugar to the frosting to give it a crunch

Missed the baking steps here:/ But here it is cooled and plated

Frost and sprinkle

It tuned out very thick but was good I would suggest using half oil half smart balance butter in the cake mix.
