How to cut up and clean a melon

I used a fillet knife

Slice in half

Scoop out seeds. Directly into the waste basket is ideal!

Cut each half into quarters.

Ta da!

Starting at the end cut into melon slice staying close to the peel as possible. About half way through take your knife out and turn the melon and start again until you meet up with your previous cut.
