Cut your grapefruit in half between the two ends.
Stick the end if the knife on the edge, close to the peel, and turn your grapefruit, cutting all the way around.
Cut a slit along the edge of the first triangular section.
Do the same of the other side of the "triangle."
Keep doing this all the way around.
It may seem too time-consuming, but trust me, it only takes about a minute.
Put in a shallow bowl, scoop with a spoon, and enjoy! :)
