First trace the Floral that you are using onto your coordinating pattern paper using a pencil.
Then cut around your design using a pair of scissors.
You want to cut completely around your element so that you are not working with the whole sheet or scrap of paper you are using.
Tip: When you are cutting, keep your cuts at the back end of your scissors. This will allow you to speed up your cutting, and still get a smooth cut.
Now we want to cut around the outside edge of the Floral. Don't worry about the petals yet, we will get to that.
Then your just going to snip in and out of each of the petals, turn your paper as you go. Don't worry if there is still pencil showing. Inking will take care of that!
We use Vintage Photo by Tim Holtz. It is the perfect color for any of your projects.
Now just add a little ink to the edges, to cover any pencil marks, or blemishes.
You can use a floral on many different memories for your scrapbook.
super cute for any of your scrapbook layouts.
Or you can use the Tiny Floral on your cards. Same look, smaller size.
