STEPS
TOOLS
Gather all the needed supplies.
Turn on the curling iron to your desired temperature and wait for it to heat up.
Split your hair into 2 sections. (Top & bottom) Tie the top layer out of the way using a hair tie or clip.
Split the bottom section in half and tie one side using a hair tie.
Take a piece of hair (about 1" thick)
Turn the curling iron upside down (for better looking curls).
Slowly wrap the piece of hair around the curling iron and hold it for 10 seconds
Release your grip on the hair and catch the curl as it rolls off the curling iron.
Repeat the same process until you have curled each piece of hair in that section.
Next, you have to spray ONLY THE FIRST SECTION with hair spray.
Then you untie and brush out the other bottom section. Be careful not to brush the already curled pieces of hair!
Use the same curling procedure to finish the other bottom section.
Remember to spray the second section!
Then you untie the top section. Catch it in your hand so it doesn't tangle with the already curled pieces of hair.
Then you're going to split the top section into half and tie one of the two top sections with a hair tie. Brush the non-tied hair carefully.
Repeat the curling process with the untied top section of hair.
Spray the top section you just finished curling. Be careful not to spray the tied section.
Untie and brush out the other top section of hair.
Repeat the curling process on this section of hair until every strand is curled.
Spray this section with hair spray.
Turn off your curling iron for safety purposes.
Enjoy your perfectly curled hair!
Your results should most likely look like this depending on the hair type you are curling.
