Brush out the hair

Put majority of hair up

Wrap hair around wand, and do this to all the hair

Scrunch up hair

Apply hairspray to all of the hair

Let out some hair

Repeat the same steps:

Let out the rest of the hair and repeat same steps

When all the hair is curled, let it cool off and run hands through it
