How to cure the common cold

Colds can make you feel like this...and then some. The common cold is unavoidable and incurable...or is it?

My mom and I experiment with herbs. I was only able to take 1 dose of this medicine but my sniffles were gone before I knew it! 😄

Echinacea, also known as purple coneflower, can be purchased online and probably at green market. It might be in your backyard! You will need a tincture of it.

Meadowsweet may or may not be harder to come by. My Mom gets hers online in tincture form.

Put a few drops of each tincture in a glass of water. Drink up! (Fluids are good for colds anyway. The more water you use, the less you will taste it.)

If it tastes like this, hold your nose. It'll dull your taste buds. (Or as mentioned in my previous step add more water.)

Combined with other home remedies, your cold be gone before you know it!

If you can't get echinacea and meadowsweet, make a tea out of the parsley from your spice rack. Wait until it's room temperature, then drink.

Or, you could always go to church and get prayed for. It works even better!
