First off there's no way to cure insomnia but I have some techniques so it goes away when you want to sleep
Make some relax tea and drink half an hour before bed
Spray lavender spray on your pillows sheets and mattress cover 10 minutes before bed
Right before bed spray some lavender spray on your index finger and middle finger on both hands and gently rub it into your temples
Go to bed at the same time every night
This helps you sleep easier and it's great!!
