How to create triangle accent nail art (triaccent)

Start off with a base coat, then paint your nails two coats of your primary color. The best method to apply polish is to stroke the brush down the middle of the nail, then down each side.

You'll need two pieces for each accent. I recommend scotch tape but I don't have any today so I'm using duct tape. For either kind, stick the tape repeatedly to your fingers to reduce the stickiness.

Put the tape on your nail diagonally starting at the tip of the left side of the nail and ending at the right cuticle.

Put the other piece of tape on starting on the right side and ending on the left side. Repeat the process on your other accent nail.

Paint the exposed part of your accent nail with your accent color. Carefully peel off each piece of tape. Do this right after you paint the nail; don't let the polish dry before you remove the tape.
