My parents found this cute little jar at Michael's but I'm sure you could find one online or at any kind of craft store. It says hugs in the felt heart, haha.

Find some thin paper of any color, my parents used pink, and cut it at the desired width. Make enough to fill the jar when rolled up.

Three years ago, my parents did this project for my sister and I. My father wrote on half of the slips and my mother wrote on the other. They wrote some of the things that they love about us.

This project is a great idea and the "love jar" means a lot to me. Whenever I'm having a bad day looking at those pieces of paper gives me a confidence boost. I know your loved one will feel the same!

Happy writing!
