How to create swirl effect nails

First, apply base coat. Then, paint your nails pink.

Next, you put dots of any color you like. I chose white, blue, and purple. Make sure you overlap some of them like so.

Then you take any brush and mix the colors around.

Apply top coat. And your done!!
