STEPS
INGREDIENTS
Gather supplies
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Sift together the all-purpose flour (2 ½ c.) with the baking soda (1tsp). This is the dry mixture.
Next, we are going to combine all of the wet ingredients.
I personally like melting the stick of butter in the microwave to soften it up a tad in order to make stirring easier on myself. You can do whatever you please.
In a large bowl, combine the brown sugar (3/4c.), white sugar (1/4c), and butter (1 stick).
Mix it all together....
Until it's creamy like this
Now add the single package of instant vanilla pudding
Time to combine the dry and wet mixtures
Add the package (1pkg, roughly 11oz) of chocolate chips. Note: you can get creative with what chips you can add. I am using peanut butter and milk chocolate chips.
Now you have your dough!
With an ice cream scooper or spoons, scoop out rounded spoonfuls and place the on cookie sheets
Place the cookies into the oven for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown
12 to 14 minutes later, they are golden brown!
Let the cookies cool down, then enjoy! Yields approximately 36 cookies, depending on size.
