How to create slow-motion videos with iphone 5s on ios7

Open the Camera.app and choose "Slo-Mo". Hit the red button to record.

After recording, use the area on top of the video to choose what you'd like to see in slow motion

You can directly trim the video by moving the arrow on the left and right side

Sorry for the bad video quality, the originals look much sharper (I guess Snapguide is recompressing them)
