Gather your supplies. I am using: P2 #542 'arctic', Essence #75 'gleam in blue', Essence #53 'you belong to me', Catrice top coat and Essence dotter.

Paint your nails with the white nail polish. My white colour has a grey shade so its not totally (snow)white.

Drop a blob of the dark blue colour on a piece of paper. Use dotter to dip into it.

Tip 4 dots on each nail. Repeat this for all your nails. Add 4 extra dots on your thumbnails.
