Shrooms and Leeks getting to know one another!
Prepare the Quinoa according to directions on the box.
Add seasonings along the way!
Sprinkle the parsley, salt and pepper in with veggies after approx 15 minutes of letting them "bond" in pan! :)
Mix cooked Quinoa and veggies together! It smells soooo good!
Squeeze a little lemon juice on top! Stir!
Transfer to a serving bowl! Garnish! Refrigerate! Oh, of course you can sneak a few tastes n begin anticipating Sup Sup Supper-time, to quote my friend Snoopy! PS... Yummy recipe and cool App!
