Paint all your nails a light tan.

Paint the frosting on the nail, directly I'm the middle (it doesnt have to be perfect)

Add glitter polish. Now you can add a matte topcoat to keep the glitter from being too shiny, and the nail polish too glossy.

Here's the Matte topcoat.

Or paint a sheer white color over the glitter.
