Gather your supplies. I used: P2 #542 'arctic', Essence #75 'gleam in blue', Essence #53 'you belong to me', Catrice top coat, Essence dotter and Essence nail polish corrector pencil.

Paint your nails with the white nail polish. My white colour has a grey shade so its not totally (snow)white.

$Drop 2 little blobs of the dark blue colour on your nail. Like this \ue232.$

Now drop 2 little blobs of the light blue colour on the dark blue blobs. Like this .

Use your dotter to draw wavy lines over your whole nail. Start from the blobs and draw lines to the other side of your nail.
