Spray mason jars lightly with baking spray. Preheat oven to 350 degrees!
In large mixing bowl beat butter with an electric mixer on medium to high speed for 30 seconds. Add brown sugar. Beat until combined, scrapping edges as you mix.
Add eggs, vanilla, baking soda and salt; beat until combined. Add flour slowly and mix until combined. Stir in the oats.
Press 2/3 of the dough (about 3 1/3 cups) evenly into the bottom of the prepared jars. Sprinkle with chocolate chips! (About 20 jars)
Melt Carmel's and milk on low heat until melted. Pour over crust and chocolate in jars. Top with remaining crust. Bake uncovered at 350 for 20 minutes. Let cool.
After the jars cool completely, the fun part begins! It's time to bling these babies up!
Cut Kraft paper to 3 1/4 inch circles. I used my cricut machine and my close To My Heart Art Philosophy Cartridge to cut them quickly!
Stamp the circles with the stamp set in a random fashion. This stamp set was perfect for the occasion!

I am making this batch for a family reunion so I am positioning the stamp so the word family will be smack dab in the center of the lid! It's the small details that can make your projects wow!

Now it's time to put it all together. Unscrew the tops and add the stamped circles to the lid. Wrap burlap ribbon and jute around the rim of the lid. Next tie on your tag!
They are all packed in a Longaberger basket, ready to travel to Georgia! Packed perfectly for the journey.
By baking your bars in mason jars you don't need to worry about them getting squished during travel! And they are all packed in individual servings-Easy Peasy!
