Get out all of your colours, im using natural spring, black satin and blossom fever. All by ulta3.
Place a strip of tape onto the tip of your nail!
Paint 3 coats of natural spring on your nail!
Peel off tape and you will have a neat line of nail polish!
Paint the tip with blossom feaver
Paint the tip of an old pencil with black satin!
Create 2 dots on the line where the colours meet!
Flick out the 2 sides and create a moustache effect!
Done!!
