Press left leg into floor and lift right leg as high as possible

Press left leg into floor and lift right leg as high as possible

Keeping the height of the leg lift turn right hip out and flex knee reaching for right foot with your left hand.

Keeping the height of the leg lift turn right hip out and flex knee reaching for right foot with your left hand.

Let go of foot and extend knee reaching right leg up to cieling.

Let go of foot and extend knee reaching right leg up to cieling.

Return leg to mat.  Repeat on the other side.
