Melt the chocolate in a pan on medium heat

Turn down the burner when the chocolate is still lumpy and add some cream...don't pour it all in though, do it slowly so you get it smooth without thinning out the chocolate

Spray the cups with cooking spray so that they can be removed easily

Fill the cups 1/2 way with the melted chocolate, then place a cherry in the center and fill the remainder of the cup with chocolate

Put them in a mini muffin pan

Stick 'em in the fridge or the freezer if you're in a hurry. Then all you gotta do is wait until the chocolate re hardens. Then you pop them bad boys right in your mouth!
