You will need...
One pair of plain black shoes
At least three fabric paint colors (you will also need white)
Sponges
Tape the soles of your shoes to avoid paint spreading onto them
Sponge the various colors (be sure to make them cloudy and blended rather than blotchy) onto the shoes
Once you're happy with the way they look, remove the tape
Splatter your white paint onto them and leave to dry!!
