This is all you need !! X
First do a black coat, for the base !
Then use a cotton bud or a make up sponge to dab on some purple !
Do the same with some blue glitter !
Add some pink glitter!
Then do a top coat with a fine glitter clear varnish for the Twinkling stars :D x
And your done ! Hope you like my Galaxy :D x
