Prime bare skin

Put on the skin plastic in a shape you want ps: wax would be a better idea because it's not as visible as skin plastic, I couldn't manage to get some and I am really sorry that you can see the edges

Put a thick layer of foundation around the skin plastic

Blend

Put one white eyeshadow or face paint

Add red lipstick

Add black eyeshadow, blend and create a more 3d looking effect

Put on fake blood around the edges

Add black eyeshadow and red lipstick around the edges

Apply some more fake blood and you are done :) sorry again for the very visible edges :/
