Put a base coat on then after that use a pin and with a different color dip the pin and make dots in rows or going diagonal

Put an oval in the lower middle and outline with a black if you want then make a green French tip then with a pin drag the "top" with the pointy part of the pin then add dots on the egg

This should be the finishing look it may look a bit sloppy i have to clean around my nail but that's the polish i used for the base if you wanted to know but thanks for " watching" lol ;)
