How to create cut out illustrations

This is a fun and quick way of coming up with many design ideas for fashion projects. This inspiration came from instagramer: @edgar_artis

Draw your fashion illustration in pencil. You can go over this in pen and even add colour.

Using a scalpel and cutting mat (I don't have a mat so I'm using a thick piece of card which won't cut through) carefully cut out your design. Turn the paper accordingly to cut the right angle.

Carefully remove your pieces. You may need to go over some corner pieces, carefully not to rip the pieces out.

You simply go around taking photos of your design infront of anything that catches your eye.
