Gather supplies.
Mix applesauce and cinnamon in medium sized bowl until dough ball is formed.
Place dough between two pieces of plastic wrap and roll out until 1/4" thick.
Place cookie cutters on dough and press down to cut out shapes.
Use plastic straw to make a hole near the top of the ornament.
Place on cooling rack or a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Let ornaments dry for two days. Depending on the thickness of dough, it could take longer or shorter time to dry.
