How to create bishop hat napkin fold

Lay your napkin flat on the table.

Fold in half with your opening toward you.

Fold the right top corner down to the bottom edge.

Fold the bottom left corner to the top edge

Fold the bottom half up.

Untuck the bottom corner

Tuck the left point into the fold.

Turn napkin over and tuck the other point in.

Stand the napkin up and push down the material in the center. This may take some fidgeting.
