How to create and apply metallic tattoos.

Print out the desired shape of the tattoo. You can use the stencils or you can make your own.

Keep the tissue paper on to of the gold leaf. Slide the stencil in between the tissue paper and the gold leaf.

To make sure the gold leaf and the tissue paper won't fly away put masking tape on all of the edges of the tissue paper and gold leaf.

When working with gold leaf make sure to be very gentile because, it rips very easily.

Take the transfer adhesive and peal the clear part off.

Take the fan brush and gently pick up the gold leaf and place it was on the shiny paper that comes with the transfer paper. Smooth down the gold leaf on the shinny paper with the fan brush.

Carefully place it down on the gold leaf design.Now you can begin to cut out the shape. At this point it will look like a temporary tattoo sheet.

Remove plastic from the tattoo.Make sure to flip the tattoo over,so the gold leaf is on your skin, and the back's facing upwards. Add water to the back of the tattoo,remove the backing from skin.
