Any wiki pages can now be added to your book by tapping on 'add this page to your book'.

At any point select 'show book' to enter the section for creating the book.

Here you can name your book and select the file type , ePub is the option you require for iBooks on an iOS device (iPad , iPod touch, iPhone). This is selected  in the section labelled format.

Select ePub from the pop up menu and tap on download .

Your book will be rendered online and 'download the file' will be displayed  This may take several minutes depending on the size of your book, ie the no. of Wikipedia pages . Tap on download the file.
