Use for ingredients
1/4 teaspoon of salt
Put the egg whites in a metal bowl and get a whisk.
Level off cake flour before sifting.
In the egg whites add the cream of tartar, your chosen extract, and the warm water.
Set aside the rest of the sugar.
Do what you want with the egg yolks but KEEP THEM AWAY from the rest of the batter.
This is a nice starting froth.
Remember to thoroughly wash your dishes.

- 1.0c Cake flour - sifted
- 12.0 Egg whites - room temperature
- 0.0c Warm water
- 1.0tsp Vanilla extract
- 1.0tsp Cream of tartar
