I decided to use a napkin for my background. Separate  the sheets so that you are using only the top. Rip in strips.

Apply randomly to your canvas with preferred adhesive. I used homemade Mod Podge... 1/2 School Glue + 1/2 water.

Take a script stencil and modeling paste  and add randomly to your canvas for texture.

Once your background has dried start spraying your mists. I chose Treasure Island Aqua and Gossomer Gold Moon Shadows.  Moon Shadows are beautiful to use to give that vintage look.

The Treasure Island Turquoise add a stunning patina glow to the canvas, and the Gossomer Gold looks old and vintage. Dry in between each spray and give several coats to get the desired color.

For the wings I took cardstock and used a stencil with Modeling Paste and covered the entire sheet. Allow to dry completely.

Using my diecut machine I then cut two sets of wings so they could be layered then gave them a nice coat of Crystal Stickles.

For interesting texture I gave my dressform chipboard a coat of Art Basics Texture Paste White Crackle. Allow to dry completely.

Once your crackle paste is dried I gave a light coat of Treasure Island Turquoise Moon Shadow... Look at the pretty glow it achieves with only one coat.

I cut the birdcage with my Sizzix diecut and gave it a coat of Texture Paste Graphite. Allow to dry completely.

Once the graphite paste is dried I gave it many sprays of Treasure Island Turquoise spray and added my gems to the bottom and embellished with mini roses and ribbon.

Originally I painted and stamped the title and didn't like it so then I covered it with white paint , let it dry a bit & then took a heat gun to it and caused bubbles and blisters to the paint.

The bubbles and blisters provided the texture I wanted and then I rubbed Inka Gold on top for a pretty vintage look.

Cut my mirrored sheet to fit the inside of my floor mirror and set aside.

Use 3D Paint and add interest to the chipboard, scrolls, dots, lines etc. Allow to dry completely. Then paint the entire piece with white acrylic paint.

Once you give it a coat of white paint take Inka Gold and highlight the high points provided by the 3D paint.

For finishing touch and sparkle use gel medium and add German Glass Glitter in random spots. Over time this glitter tarnishes and gives such a beautiful look to your projects.

Add mini roses to the canvas and I brushed a bit of Art Ingredients Rust Mica on the tops and here and there throughout the canvas.
