Cut a 12" x 5 1/2" square from double sided cardstock.

Score on the 2", 4", 8" and 10". Fold in this order: mountain, valley, valley,mountain, as in attached photo.

Cut 1 1/2" from the edge starting on 2" fold to 10" fold. Repeat on other side.

Cut two 5 3/8" x 1 7/8" squares, two 1 7/8" x 2 1/4" squares, one 3 3/4" x 2 1/4" square, two 3 3/4" x 1 1/4" squares, four 1 7/8" x 1 1/4" squares. Use double sided cardstock and alternate sides.

Cut two 5 3/8" x 1 7/8" squares, two 1 7/8" x 2 1/4" squares, one 3 3/4" x 2 1/4" square, two 3 3/4" x 1 1/4" squares, four 1 7/8" x 1 1/4" squares. Use double sided cardstock and alternate sides.

Attach all squares to coordinating panels on card.
