Pick out your favorite base color

Using striping tape (sold on eBay) place a line 3/4 up the nail

Leaving a small space add another line

Do to all nails

Paint over the striping tape. Be careful not to go below the striping tape from step 3

After polish has dried for 5 minutes pull the tape off

May be a little bumpy

Add topcoat to smooth out :)
