Ingredients --
Drip a dollop of olive oil on your tortilla
Spread layer of olive oil on tortilla
Place tortillas in pre-heated oven, oiled side up
Thinly slice your delicious, ripe tomato
Set ingredients aside and wait on crisping tortilla
Flip tortillas in oven
When they look crunchy and golden brown, pull them out
Spread pesto over tortilla
Lay tomato out to cover tortilla
Add arugula
Drizzle with olive oil
Balsamic
And dress with Parmesan, salt, pepper, and basil
