Cut image from "February Montage", ink edges. Cut two 6" strips from "February Collective", cut inverted "v" shapes  at the ends of the strips. Stagger strips vertically as shown.

Cut post card image from "February Collective", ink and adhere.  Die cut two doily shapes and place on top of embellishment cluster as shown.

Cut tag shape from "February Collective" and add tag from the Tags and Pockets sheet.  Place tags behind die cut doily at the lower, right side of the photo mat.

Mat photo at the top of a 3 1/2" x 4 1/2" strip cut from the Patterns and Solids pad.  Punch a floral pattern at the bottom of the mat.

Add trim above the punched design as shown. Add the photo to the center of the mat on the layout base.  Add chipboard title to the lower, right side of the photo.
