Smear some Truffle Velvet on your mat and stamp into it.  Stamp your paper randomly.  Make sure you wash your stamp immediately after using it with paint.

I stamped randomly over the page.  I then added some rings randomly with green ink and the lid of one of my Colorations bottles.

Taking the Blossom stencil, mask off the branches and stencil just the blossoms with Desire Velvet.

Once your blossoms are dry, position the Blossom stencil back over them, masking off the blossoms and stenciling the branches with Kona Velvet.  I didn't worry about clean lines as I wanted thickness.

I then dipped my finger in Viridian Sorbet and rubbed it across where I had stencil with the Retro Tile stencil. I then rubbed it with a baby wipe to soften.

To add more texture, I mixed matte gel medium and pollen micro beads.  I spread them across my page with a palette knife and my fingers.  When dry, I sealed the page with matte gel medium.

Last, I sprayed some cardstock with Sandcastle, stamped my sentiment with alpha stamps, and then cut out.

Not only can you see the texture, but you can feel it since I used a heavy hand applying all my paints.  I think it goes well with my quote.
