Click the CREATE button and choose FORM.
Choose a template to use to create your quiz , test or assignment.
Click the Untitled form and name your quiz. Next to Question Title - write the first question. Help text - you can give more explanation if needed. Click the drop down to choose the Question Type.
When you are finished with the first question, click Add Item and continue until you are finished with the quiz. Then click Done.
Uncheck the box at the top that says Require Mustang Public Schools log in if you want to send it to others without a Mustang email. Leave it checked if you want only Mustang students to access.
Go to www.flubaroo.com
Click on the link that says Add-Ons.
Click on the free blue button in the upper right hand corner.
Click continue.
Click Accept.
Choose the point value for each question.
Choose your answer key and click Grade Assignment..

One you have collected the student data from the quizzes, click Add-ons - Flubaroo - Grade Assignment.
Take a look at your grade summary on the spreadsheet.
