Create a Brainstorm of 8 designs and state what you like about them

Choose your favourite one out of all of them and make a final design

Create your Template. Draw one side first then cut it out. Trace that side on the other side so it is symmetrical

Select the wood you want to make your board out of

Glue your wood together with P.V.A glue

Clamp your wood together so it can dry. It will be ready the next day

Sand your board

Using a Band Saw cut one side on your board. Don't forget to wear safety glasses at all times

Sand the edges so they are rounded.

Round and Sand  the tighter gaps with a bobbing sander.
