Run tags through using the Bella Rose and Woodgrain Cottage, Teresa Collins for Craftwell, embossing folders. Apply white crayon to risen surfaces of the embossed tag for resisting technique.
You can see the white crayon-areas.
some of the supplies used
Papers from Blue Fern Studio Ocean Voyage Collection was used to cover the chip board and the blue grain/white/ wooden board one used as inspiration for the inking of the tags.
I inked the chipboard letters and the chipboard bars with distress oxide inks.
I sprayed the Bella Rose embossed tag with Prima shimmering ink first.
The wooden grain embossed tag was sprayed with 2 different tattered angel shimmering ink and then with white Dyllusion Ink.
I added some of the antique rose shimmering ink from tattered angels to the Bella Rose embossed tag and to the chipboard letters.
I attached the printed paper to the chip boards using ModPodge.
I added some flowers and decided which blossom blend flourish I wanted to use.
I inked some flowers with Abandoned Coral Distress Oxide ink to give it an extra color.
I attached the flowers using Heavy Gel
A closer look to the flowers
You can see how well the crayon painted areas resisted the sprayed inks.
Here you can see some of the shimmer from the sprays.
