How to create a paper weaving

Fold a large sheet of paper in half.

Make sure the edges line up evenly.

Take a ruler & a pencil & draw a straight horizontal line across the top ( this should be on the open edge NOT the folded edge).

Use the ruler to draw vertical lines coming down from the horizontal line.

Cut these vertical lines, but DON'T cut past the horizontal line!

Unfold the paper.

Glue a smaller strip onto a regular strip to add more visual interest.

Weave with these!

Flip the weaving over and glue the edges on the back as well.

The weaving is complete!
