The next 5 steps all use the February Cut Apart paper. Cut out four postage stamps. Ink the edges of the stamps using Black Soot Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.
From the same cut apart paper, cut out the Sweetheart, Valentine and True Love words from the word banner. Ink the edges of the words using Black Soot Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.
Cut Kisses border & Love's greeting border out. Cut 2 - 2 1/8" pieces from kisses banner. Cut love banner to 1 7/8". Ink edges with Black Soot Distress Ink & a blending tool with foam.
Fussy cut cupid in the heart and the lady holding my heart out. Ink the edges of the images using Black Soot Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.
Use the small hearts from the Entwined Hearts die, die cut 12 hearts from the backside of the Cut Apart paper. Ink the edges of the hearts using Black Soot Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.
From the Josephine paper, cut two pieces that measure 2 3/8" x 2 7/8". Round all four corners. Ink the edges of the papers using Black Soot Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.
Take out 2 mini rosettes out of the package.
From the Black ATC Alphabet Banners, pull out the L & V banners. Ink the edges of the banners using Black Soot Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.
Adhere the floral paper in behind the O & E banners.
Adhere the love greetings border to bottom right side of tag. Foam square cupid to the left side of tag. Adhere a rose in the top right hand corner. Adhere three hearts as desired around the L.
Adhere 3 hearts to top left side of tag. Adhere kisses border to left side of tag. Adhere two stamps to right side of tag. Roll a corner down on each stamp. Foam square sweetheart by stamps.
Foam square the lady with the heart to left side of tag. Adhere the true love word to right of lady. Adhere a rose in the top right hand corner. Adhere three hearts as desired around the V.
Adhere 3 hearts to top left side of tag. Adhere kisses border to left side of tag. Adhere two stamps to right side of tag. Roll a corner down on each stamp. Foam square valentine by stamps.
Add a red ribbon bow to the top of the L tag.
Add a cream ribbon bow to the top of the O tag.
Add a red ribbon bow to the top of the V tag.
Add a cream ribbon bow to the top of the E tag.
To create your banner, adhere the tags onto a piece of black ribbon.
Your Love Banner is now complete!
