How to create a lipstick cake

I made a lipstick cutout with piece of card board I just hand drew it on. So I can have a good stencil to cut the cake.

You can make the lipstick as big or small as you want.

Then frost the whole cake make sure you get in to all the curves.

Once I frosted the cake I set it in the refrigerator for about 15 mins while I got my fondant ready. I dyed my white fondant black and gray. With Wilton food coloring.

When you have all your fondant ready it's time to roll and cover your cake.

I used my extra white fondant to cover the cake board.  Then steamed the cake and it was ready to go.
