Measure ingredients as per ingredient list.
Finely dice all vegetables on a diagonal.
Finely slice the lean beef strips.
Add 1 cup of rice into a casserole dish.
Add one and a half cups of water to the rice.
Microwave on high for 11 minutes.
Add beef to wok and cook until brown.
The browned meat ready to add vegetables.
Add finely sliced vegetables to beef in wok. They look great ;)
Add the teriyaki sauce to the meat and vegetables. Stir through until all the vegetables and meat are coated.
Serve with white rice on the side. Try it for yourself. It tastes fantastic!
