These are the supplies: Dole frozen fruit, almond milk and some aloe juice.
Start by scooping out a cup of frozen fruit
Pour into blender
Then fill halfway with aloe juice
Add some almond milk until most of the fruit is covered by liquid
It should look like this
Then press on
Then puree
And blend well
It will look like this. You can stop here If you like it liquidey, but I like mine thick, so I'll add more fruit
This is about a quarter of a cup
Blend
There, that's better
Find a tall glass
And pour in
Enjoy your healthy and delicious smoothie! You can also add in other fresh and frozen fruits. Such as bananas and blueberries. Don't forget to like and check out my other guides!!😃
