How to create a happy pancake breakfast

After pouring your mix into a sauce container, heat a nonstick pan on low heat. Draw a happy face. Depending on how thick your mix is, you'll find thinner mix is a bit more challenging.

Let it cook first so the smile is nice and brown

You can also just start from the centre and just squeeze out a generous amount of mix or draw out a containing shape and just fill it in.

Once the bubbles break out, flip it over and smile. This is my daddy smile pancake.

Here's a happy sun. Let your imagination go crazy.

A quick recap. The tricky part is controlling the heat. Too hot and you'll burned your pancake. Too low and it'll take slightly longer for each pancake. Experiment & have fun!
