How to create a halloween canvas

The Art Anthology Sorbet paint is dimensional so the brush strokes are still raised after it is dry.

Matte black acrylic paint is added to the outer edge of the canvas.

Trimmed images were distressed with chalk inks in corresponding colors.

"Blood" was made using glaze, gelato and a touch of black paint mixed in.

The images which have the blood drips were glued down first and then an eye dropper was used to create drips.

The drips went into the grooves created by the paint.

A touch of purple was added to each of the main images.

German scrap is foil paper so it needs to be colored with paint instead of ink. I used the same paint as the canvas background.

The German scrap was glued in place and then a life sign was added.

The main focal images of Dracula and the bride were added.

Yes, I know she is the bride of Frankenstein, but I like her here anyway. I used a bat image outlined with clear stickles to create her necklace.
