How to create a hair bow {literally}

Start with long hair.

Put your hair in a high ponytail.

Pull hair through the hair tie like you're going to make a messy bun, except leave the tail hanging to the front.

See the loop at the top? Split it in half.

Wrap the tail around the middle of the bow.

Tuck the tail into the back of the hair tie, so that bit of hair hangs out the back.

If you want a neater look, you can keep wrapping, then bobby pin the end to hide it.

Here it is all done. It takes about one minute to create this look. Enjoy!
