Blend all green ingredients with 1 cup of water until well blended. Add in remaining ingredients and blend for 2 mins. Pour into glasses and top with raw hemp seeds. Yields 2 servings.

  • 1 cup green kale
  • 1 cup romaine
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 cup water
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 small banana
  • 2 tbsp raw shelled hemp seeds
